Step 1) The Face Wash

• In the shower or at the sink, apply to wet skin. Gently massage until it begins to lather. Rinse off, pat dry.
• A little goes a long way. Just 1 pump is all you need.
• Avoid contact with open eyes.
• Best results when used before F01: The Face Lotion
• Product lasts appx 3-4 months if used twice a day.

Step 2) The Face Lotion

• For best results, apply to damp skin right after washing or showering. Clean and damp skin allows for the optimal penetration of active ingredients.
• A little goes a long way. Apply less than a dime sized amount. Gently massage into skin until it disappears. 
• For extra dry skin - add on a second layer. 
• Product was designed for near instant penetration so you are free to relayer as much as needed without fear of overdoing it.
• Best results when used after F02: The Face Wash
• Product lasts appx 4 months if used twice a day.

Head-Turning Hair

Step 1) The Shampoo

• Apply to wet hair and gently massage into scalp and strands.
• Upon feeling it's cooling sensation, rinse thoroughly.
• A little goes a long way. For people with short hair, 1 pump is more than enough (try 1/2). For people with long hair, no more than 2 pumps. Product will last approximately 4 months.
• Use no more than 3x per week.
• Best results when used before F08: The Conditioner.

Step 2) The Conditioner

• Apply to wet hair and gently massage into scalp and strands.
• Upon feeling it's cooling sensation, rinse thoroughly.
• A little goes a long way.  For people with short hair, 1 pump is more than enough (try 1/2). For people with long hair, no more than 2 pumps. Product will last approximately 4 months.
• Safe for daily use.
• Product additionally functions as a co-wash.
• Best results when used after F07: The Shampoo.

The only condition is consistency. Use 1-2 times daily, day and night.

• 1 week: oil production starts to regulate, inflammation calms and new breakouts begin to wane. Skin is visibly healthier, appears clearer, more supple and vibrant.

The only condition is consistency.
