At the time of checkout, you will be provided with options for shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. This offer will be automatically applied at checkout.

We also offer discounted flat-rate shipping for all orders under $100, too.

We ship all orders from our Toronto warehouse. All international deliveries (outside of Canada) are subject to the specific duties & taxes of the country they are being shipped to. Such duties & taxes, including VAT, are levied by local customs authorities upon entering the country of destination. We are not responsible for those charges & all purchasers should be aware of their countries regulations, taxes & fees.

Make sure to track your package if it is being held for duties. You are responsible for any of the duties and taxes. Please keep in mind that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

All orders are processed and shipped as fast as humanly possible from the date/time they were placed.

We are not responsible for any lost shipments due to lack of duties paid, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or missed delivery.

At this time, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card. Just fill out this form to get in touch with us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
